BotLauncher is a done-for-you AI chatbot setup service. We build, configure, and deploy a custom AI chatbot for your business based on the information you provide. Our service includes:
Our service is offered at a one-time setup fee. There are no recurring subscriptions or monthly charges. The price you see at checkout is the total amount you will be charged. All sales are in US dollars.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable one-time fee to your chosen payment method.
Once we deliver your chatbot embed code, you own it. We do not claim any ownership over the chatbot, its responses, or the content it delivers. You may host, modify, and use your chatbot as you see fit.
Your chatbot embed code runs on our infrastructure for chat message processing. If you require a fully self-hosted solution, contact us at support@botlauncher.xyz to discuss options.
Because we begin building your chatbot immediately after payment and delivery is typically within minutes, we generally do not offer refunds once your chatbot has been delivered. However:

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, internet outages, or events outside our control. Planned maintenance will be minimized and, when possible, communicated in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BotLauncher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the chatbot will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet every specific requirement of your business. AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate — you are responsible for reviewing your chatbot's answers before deploying it to customers.
BotLauncher retains ownership of its software, infrastructure, and proprietary technology used to build and operate chatbots. Your business content (FAQs, answers, business name) remains your property. We may use anonymized, aggregated data derived from chatbot usage to improve our service.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue aspects of the service at any time. If we make material changes that affect your delivered chatbot, we will notify you by email.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
